Concrete Raising
To take care of your sinking concrete problem seen on homes all over the Dallas area, our trained and knowledgeable team makes use of a process known as polyjacking. While some homeowners may have heard of it before, others may have never heard of anything like it. Basically, the process begins with us cleaning off the surface of the damaged concrete. Next, very tiny holes are drilled into the effected slab. Then, a polyurethane foaming material is inserted into the holes we drilled. The foam expands and it fills up the entire void beneath the concrete. The foam has enough force to push the slab back up to the level where it needs to be. Then, we will in and patch over the holes we drilled so that water can't seep inside and cause problems.
The entire repair process is fairly quick and the foaming material will cure within 15 minutes. Afterward, you will be able to drive and walk over the slab like normal once again.
